Measures to prevent infection in the hospital are as follows.

• Conducting daily temperature checks, wearing surgical masks, and thoroughly washing hands, and disinfecting hands.
• Install partitions in the reception area.
• Disinfect common areas (such as chairs, doorknobs, or pens).
• Ventilate the waiting room and consultation rooms.
• Wear gloves and face shields during facial examinations and procedures.

We also ask for your cooperation in the following matters.

• If you have a fever and skin symptoms and would like to have a consultation, please be sure to contact us by phone before your visit.
• To reduce congestion in the waiting room, please make an appointment as much as possible when visiting the clinic.
• You can make appointments through our website or by phone.
• For cosmetic dermatology procedures and laser treatments, please make an appointment by phone.
• We are currently experiencing very long waiting times for patients without appointments. In that case, we may request to leave the clinic temporarily or make another appointment.
• Especially in the crowded waiting room, it could be hard to keep comfortable room temperature by keeping the door open.
• Please take measures according to the outside temperature.
• Please take your temperature, wear a mask, and disinfect your hands when coming to the clinic.
• During cosmetic dermatology procedures, we ask that you keep your voice to a minimum to prevent splashing. Please stay quiet.
• In response to the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare's order, we have started telemedicine for our patients.
